Connection cuts off sporadically for the past 3 days

The internet connection keeps cutting off a few times per evening for the last 3 days. This is totally unacceptable.

@ir91 assuming your connection is via a copper phone line occasionally these issues are unfortunately a fact of life. Run the full connection test in the My Sky app - ignore the intial result click to run the full test - as that can offer to book an engineer to check your line. If it doesnt you can call Sky to see if they can get Openreach engineer out but in some cases they will havecto wait for the automatic systems to stabilise your line.
