Broadband is always dropping!
I'm sorry but someone needs to contact me now! Because I'm sick of my broadband keep dropping in and out all the time! Noticed this morning from 6:30am it stopped working!!! Came home at 9:30pm to see it's STILL not working!!! I'm sorry but what exactly am I paying you for?
I pay enough each month ?! And for what?
the amount of times I have to constantly reset my internet! It's a shock! And the fact it's connected to my ring door bell and it's not picked anything up at all today because of this is brilliant isn't it?
Sky please to better, the amount of money you charge me a month is ridiculous.... yet alone paying for a service that hardly ever works !

Re: Broadband is always dropping!
@Lucy183 Sky cannot connect a forum post to an account so if you want to talk to them you will need to call yourself. Normally if there is an external fault which is cleared Sky hubs reconnect automatically quite why your's didn't is unclear
Issues with video doorbells are common and largely due to the faxt WiFi signals lose strength when passing through solid objects like double thickness external walls.
You can call Sky and get them to trouble shoot your issues or ask forum members who are customers like yourself to help however we need more details like your hub's connection stats see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
