Having issues with the router connecting to the internet everything is set up but no connection have tried resetting it & other cables but don't have a clue

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Mikey1801 is this a new service or has it worked in the past? If the service has worked before log into the My Sky app using a mobile connection and click to run the full connection test - ignorecany result from the lastvroutine test - as thst will tell you if Sky are aware of a fault. If it doesnt call Sky whose lines are open now and reportvthe issue.
