Fibre install

I've had my fibre install today as I have upgraded to ultrafast. I had the install at 15:45 and I still have no WiFi connection, the engineer was trying to get it to connect with help from another person over the phone and then told us it would be around an hour. I still don't have any connection and no way to contact sky. The app says I have a WiFi issue but then tests them and says no error.

@tashacatx if the service is still down this morning call Sky and report the problem.

I have done and they said they would work on it and get back to me, still contact from them since and WiFi still isn't working.

@tashacatx unfortunately if its an Openreach issue they dont work on domestic lines at weekends.
