Can't connect using wifi, connected without internet, tried to reset multiply times but isn't working

We are having the same issue and broadband Checker keeps saying there are no issues! Sky is getting worse! This happens all the time in my area. Really getting sick of it

Same problem here in Edinburgh. Are you in the same area? I've not had this issue so far with my Sky Glass - had it about a year.  I cancelled Virgin for the exact same recurring issue!

Yeah we're in edinburgh too. Not sure what time it came back on but when I woke this morning it was back up and running
