Connected without Internet

Keeps dropping. Have to reboot router multiple times

Thats a known issue where despite been green on the internet the voice light will drop the internet

 

Could you switch off and on the hub to see if the hub can find the voice again

What colour is the internet light on the sky hua?

 

If your have the black sky hub could you post your router stats

Power, Internet and WiFi are all green. Voice is orange. Currently running my mobile and a laptop via WiFi. Both are connected without Internet
