My internet has gone down, it was working absolutely fine then just disappeared. I
I have ran the advised tests, the router still only has green lights on power and wifi, nothing on internet and orange on voice

Sounds like an external fault
Could you run the service checker on the my sky app using mobile data.
If it shows no issues then just continue thru the diagnostic by clicking test my connection in the blue box
