Connected withoit Internet
We recently upgraded our WiFi and now it keeps dropping in and out. Our devices say we are connected but without Internet but the app says everything is fine.

@JW39 the lights on your Sky hub can tell you what is happening and what to do see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start
When viewing the connection test it initially shows the last routinectest result you need to click tonrun it tongive the current result.
