He says the bill is paid and not his problem.
All lights are green on router
But when I connect on my phone It doesn't provide the internet

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Dannym33 if all the lights on the hub sre green but no connection then power down the hub for 60 minutes and tgen restarting normally clears the fault which causes the issue.
