Connected but no internet

All lights are green the Wi-Fi is connected all service checkers say everything is good. But still no internet, been trying for hours now with no answers to the issue as the phone operator said it looks all good from inside the house and the area. Any ideas of what it could be?

I had something similar earlier in the week so if you haven't already try rebooting your broadband hub.

 

You might get a popup from the hub on your browser so try anything that you see and if you don't then try this line test:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

I have already done all of the above like I stated the phone operator had no answers over the phone as to the issue as all checks came back all good, that being area connection and home connection. I have rebooted, restarted, changed wires and left it turned off for a couple hours and all lead to the same outcome. I appreciate your response I don't think there's any solution I was just seeing if anyone else was having the same issues as I am. It has really disrupted my weekend.

@Callump98 one issue that can cause the symptoms you are seeing is a fault with the server node managing your connection notvrouting data correctly. Powering down your hub for at least an hour normally forces a change in the node you connect to.

I have also done that twice today already, nothing seems to be changing I do appreciate the feedback and trying to help tho!
