@Nelly70 Would appear that possibly the wireless wifi signal is not reaching the room, but you do not say if other devices are working fine in that area, so it could be an issue with yout TV! Without further input it's hard to say which one it is!
@Nelly70 You have to call sky, just dial 150 from your landline phone, and try to avoid being sent to the Forum, this is just customers helps customers, and it will not get you an Engineer when you post like this!
