Connect ps5 problem

My router won't let any of my PS5 connect without an ethernet cable keeps saying your router won't connect to the console it does it on both of them and constantly disconnecting from my sky box aswell it's a new router

Which Sky hub do you have?

Have you tried moving the console closer?
