This problem only started on 05/12/25. It states that it appears that your internet is not connected. I then go to setting, follow the instruction, put on my provider's password then network is connected. After watching Netflix for a few minutes, the connection will disappear. I repeat the same process. Again it will allow me to watch Netflix. At one point it lasted several hours then suddenly the film froze. I repeat the same process but sometimes, it doesn't connect at all. I can watch the ordibnary channel but not when it requires internet like Netflix, youtube, etc.
