Confused
I went to a sky retail booth to purchase broadband and sky tv, I used the same email for the purchase as I did for my sky id which was previously set up at an earlier date. On my orders and tracking it doesn't show me anything on my sky app I haven't had any recent emails either but my sky tv package was delivered last week I'm just waiting on the broadband.

Have you linked your broadband and TVs accounts to your Sky ID as per this:
