Connection Drops

My connection drops at least once an hour and it's only just started this week and it is unacceptable. I am self emploed and work from home and rely on a steady internet connection for meetings I have with clients. This needs to be fixed as soon as possible, it's unacceptable. I will have to leave if the problem isn't rectified.
