I was sent a new router, when my son spoke to Sky we decided to upgrade to fibre, the person he spoke to said to keep the new rooter as it would be used when the engineer came to fit the fibre.
I have had an email asking to return equipment, do you mean the old rooter or the new one which we haven't used yet.
