we have just switch to you for are wifi and its been on 2 weeks today and its rubish it connets to are phones and ipads with full signal strengh but wont load anything or work to the poin need to turn wifi off on phone to be able to use it and hot spot to the ipad for that to work witch is not what id be exspecting to do but its not just are phone we have 4 CCTV camras wotcj it connects to but aignal very poor when not even far away from hub and wont load the live stream and wifi so slow never had any issue with last provider so seems to be an issue with either your box or connection
look forwards to hearing how tou can fix this

If you call Sky they will try to sell you an add-on package tonextend wifi coverage which may be tgecanswer but there can be cheaper alternatives. If you are in the first 31 days of the Sky service you can cancel without charge if you want.
