Hello and Thankyou so much. I feel so stupid as can't seem to change my Wi-Fi password. I know im 50 but my Estranged husband off 30yrs controlled every aspect. Is there a simple link to see if there still connected. I received a new router about 3 weeks ago so I cannot contact Sky again as recieved the router as I couldn't change Wi fi code. I know I should of said No but feel intimidated by men. Distraught

. The only way a neighbour could have linked to your new hub is if they have been told the wifi passcode or been able to see the label on the hub. The chances they have hacked the connection is very very small

I very stupidly gave my neighbour my new Wi Fi code approximately 2 weeks after Sky sent me a new router as I couldn't change Wi fi code and just left my Husband off 30yrs n an abusive controlling relationship and getting used to living on my own and feel very isolated and intimidated by men. I know how stupid this was off me and it's my own fault. Thankyou so much for the reply.

Find out more@LipsyL72 honestly changing the wifi password is not that difficult the steps are explained here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/find-and-change-your-wireless-password you cannot break anything if it goes wrong just press the reset pin until the power light flashes and it goes back to the default. If you suceed you will feel far more in control.
If at all possible dont use an iPhone or iPad as these often dont allow changes to be saved. The password you choose has to fit the rules explained on the page choosecsomething that means something to you but maybe swap a letter such as H with a 8.
Best of luck
