Hi, we have Sky Broadband Ultrafast Plus, with download speed said to be around 500Mb/s, however lately the most we seem to be getting is around 50-60 and today its just over 14. The upload speed is great, but its the download speed thats really poor. I know there is the hub page where you can check what the speed coming into the hub is, but i can't remember what the name and password for it is, i know its the same for everyone, would soemone be able to let me know what it is.
Thanks

@FredW77 as you have fttp you will have the broadband hub so the username should be admin and the password will be the same as your wifi password that is printed on the back of the router

To properly test the speeds use a device connected directly by a gigabit ethernet cable and run a test like Speedtest.com when nothing else is using the connection. Testing over wifi often just tells you the wifi speed which with Ultrafast+ is often slower than the 500 Mb/s you should see.
Sky cannot measure the speeds either directly and assume you are getting the speed you have bought. Thst is why to get them to check you need a solid test result.
