Hi,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my concern regarding the early termination fee charged to my account, as outlined in the bill I recently received.
Previously, I was notified that my broadband service was being switched to a new provider, which would result in the early termination of my contract. It was also stated that no additional charges would be applied in this case, as I was moving out of the address in question. However, it has come to my attention that the new tenant has since ceased the service under my account, and now I am being billed for an early termination fee.
I find this arrangement to be unreasonable, as I was not informed of nor responsible for the new tenant’s actions. I would appreciate it if you could review this matter and clarify how this situation can be resolved.
Thank you for your time and assistance. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Best regards,
Mandy
