Complications and delay with connection of Fullfibre

Hi im expecting Fullfibre lift on 5th September 2025 but Open reach have not completed a dig that was an additional requirement due to complications. As a result ive been told I could be without any form of Internet because the previous WIfi contract is cancelled on the 4th September. We work from home so we're obviously in a panic. We may or maynot be cancelled we may or may not get the fullfibre connection within 21 days But we are told that the contract that is due to cancel if it becomes a rolling contract will be very expensive. My question is if thats the case can I claim compensation for delay through no fault of our own??
