@Shahenn  Compensation is paid within 30 days of the fault/deley being fixed /resolved and is applied as a credit to your sky account which will then be used to pay your bill until it is used up

Re: Compensation

How can I check the credit? So will that mean, for few months I don't have to pay the wifi bills?

@Shahenn The delayed provisioning compensation rate is £6.10 per day, so 3 months worth is a fairly large amount, depending on how much your bill is it may well cover most of your contract.

@Shahenn the compensation will show as a credit on your account but does take a few weeks to come through after the job is complete as it is calculatedby Openreach who pay Sky see Customer Auto-Compensation | Sky Help | Sky.com

In my own case it covered the first 6 months of the new fibre service. I got an email detailing the  amount.

Re: Compensation

Thank you very much, and do you know if is possible for the compensation to be credited in my bank account? Instead of my bills credited from the compensation

@Shahenn You can call Sky and request that, they may be reluctant to do so but there is no harm in asking.
