Our Access to the internet
Our internet has been down for days (before that it was very intermittent, this has happened a few times because of where the phone connection is outside. An engineer came out yesterday and attempted to fix it which he did but today we are back to intermittent access to broadband. I really hope you can rectify this as I love sky and don't want to go elsewhere for better connection.
