Compensation

I'm waiting for compensation but would like this money straight into my bank account! 
I'm no longer a customer due being treated unfairly !

@Emmajane13  I'm afraid you're not talking to Sky Customer services, nothing will happen on the back of a forum post.  Any compensation is always added as a credit to your Sky account.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Unless the account is already closed, I believe, but then there would be a further delay.
