My contract is up soon. Obviousley I am a Sky customer when I log on and click on my renewal options I get the message

Unfortunately Sky Broadband is not available at your address

For a technology company Sky are spectacularly poor I had similar trouble last time my contract was up for renewal

Give Sky a call (just dial 150 from your Sky Talk landline). The best discounts are nearly always gained by calling and negotiating.
