Compensation payment for failed broadband installation
Hello
my broadband was due to be fitted last Thursday on 13 feb. Can you confirm when the £6 a day compensation will be paid? Will it be paid automatically or do I need to chase?

@jamesm80 it'll be paid automatically to your sky account has credit but only from service goes live, this is so the amount owned can be correctly calculated
