  • Hallo,I would like to close my  Broadband account after 12 months contract.

I'm not renewing my contract.

Please confirm closing.Thank you.

If you cancel before your contract ends (minimum term), you might have to pay an early termination charge (Sky will notify you if you do and how much they’ll charge).

NOTE: One Touch Switching only applies to broadband and Talk and not a TV subscription.

Return packaging for any equipment Sky expect back will be sent out to you near the end of the 14 day notice period. Remember to keep any proof of posting indefinitely.
