City fibe and hub installed

Got city fibre and new fast sky's box for broadband yesterday day.the 4lights on the city fibre box.the service and broadband lights STILL not working since yesterday.not a great start to new customer.cant get logged onto the app as tech still not with them they say.and no help yesterday on phone.sent complaint.no reply and now calling them can't get through as they have tech difficulties.hopless.hooe being compensated for this as work from home and no internet connection. Not happy at all.

@Ricki187187 Until CF get you on the network there is NOTHING that sky can do for you! What lights on the CF ONT are lit, flashing, steady etc! CF is just so new to the Forum but there have been some instances recently for some kind off reference to compare against!

Nonhelp on phone.useless.cantntell memwhen fault with city fibre atuff will be fixed.no helpnat all.cant running diagnostics on the sky app as again-not able to do anything even though cannsign in none the bloody features work.not great start by this lot at all.looking to be compensated as will have to now physically leave house to work elsewhere as promised be on by yesterday and it not so having to pack get taxi and work.atnfriend house for the day.a joke.
