Citrix Workspace connection dropping and MS Teams poor connectivity
I have an issue wherby my Citrix Workspace connection frequently drops and when I use native MS Teams I constanstly freeze and get a poor network quality message. I have recently moved to Sky BB from BT (which I had no issues) and am using a white Sky Hub Max. I have enabled UPnP and have a MAP-T sharing ratio of 1:1 but am still experiencing the issues. Can this be escalated please

Re: Citrix Workspace connection dropping and MS Teams poor connectivity
@Philis if the device you are using is connecting tonthe hub by wifi the most likely cause is poor wifi. Ideally use ethernet cables to connectvfir business use but otherwise consider improving the WiFi network in your property If thecsystem conects butvdrops it is relatively unlikely tombeca MAP-T issue.

Re: Citrix Workspace connection dropping and MS Teams poor connectivity
Its not practical to be able to use an ethernet from where my router/ONT is to my workplace. As said no issues when using a BT router with similar speeds. For ref I am showing 79mbps d/l, 59mbps u/l, unloaded latency 3ms, loaded latency, loaded latency 321ms.

@Philis Powerline adapters may be a possible solution if wifi is an issue.

Re: Citrix Workspace connection dropping and MS Teams poor connectivity
Yeah they could be, but how can I tell if wifi is an issue/poor? The only thing that has changed is the router

@Philis The symptoms in your 1st post reflect poor/weak wifi.

Re: Citrix Workspace connection dropping and MS Teams poor connectivity
@Philis The speed test results are to the hub, not beyond, weak wifi can have the affect you described no matter how fast your line is, wifi can & is affected by location if the hub, build of the propoerty, interference from neighbouring wifi signals etc

Re: Citrix Workspace connection dropping and MS Teams poor connectivity
Thanks, so the Sky Max Hub is potentially broadcasting a weaker wifi signal than the BT SmartHub 2 based on that being the only change and me not experiencing these issues with the old router...?
