Chewed Wire
A dog I had staying with us has chewed the fibre optic cable that goes from the openreach box outside to our Sky Hub. How do I book an engineer to fix this? And does anyone know the normal ETA? Two teenagers and one 8 year old with Autism isn't the best with no internet 😢

Re: Chewed Wire
@Stacey132 You will have to call Sky to report the fault, Openreach who own and maintain the network have a target time of 2 working days(does not include bank holidays) however it can take longer if they are busy in your area.

Re: Chewed Wire
@Stacey132 I reported a recent broadband fault through the My Sky App, and received an appointment for the following afternoon.
