Wifi

Since we have upgraded, we have had contact issues with the internet and are using our mobile data in our home! This isn't right! When it does work it cuts off or constantly buffering! Can this plz be looked Into?

@Soph47 Just call sky, dial 150 on your landline to do so, the Forum is NOT sky Customer Service so nothing will happen with your posting!

 

They are available from 8am to 8pm to speak too!

 

And since you have just upgraded this will be worth a look at if your sky Hub has moved or you have changed the model off it!

@Soph47 you are not talking to Sky by pisting in this forum. However poor WiFi coverage is probably the most common question we get in the forum. In many homes a single Sky hub cannot provide a usable wifi signal in every room due to the layout and type of construction of the property especially in older homes. Assuming the hub is in the best possible position which is out in the open on a surfsce then the only answer is additional wifi sources. 

Your choice.is to either buy Sky's add-on WiFi Max bundle which can supply up to 3 extenders see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max or buy your own wifi system and use that instead of the Sky hub's WiFi.
