Charged £38 Instead of £18 Offer for Sky Full Fibre 100

Hi everyone,

I’m hoping someone can help me or point me in the right direction.

I recently signed up for Sky Full Fibre 100, and my offer confirmation clearly stated:£18.00 per month for 24 months. However, I’ve now been charged £38.00 per month instead of the agreed £18.00 per month for 24 months.

I still have the confirmation email that shows the £18/month offer, so I’m a bit confused as to why the billing doesn’t match what was confirmed.

Has anyone else experienced this? And can a Sky staff member please look into this or advise on how I can get it corrected?

Thanks in advance for any help — I’d really appreciate it.

@Koala7

What does your future bills show, the reason I ask is that the first bill can be higher as it will cover a longer period than the usual 4 weeks.
