Hi ,

I am moving to a new home in a couple of weeks, and I am planning to switch to Sky Broadband as Sky has some good packages. I will have to pay the early termination fee to my current broadband provider as I am not continuing with them in the new place.

I came across this https://www.sky.com/help/articles/switching-credit-offer article, and I am worried I can't claim this as my address is going to be different on the final bill from my old provider. Will this be an issue?

When are you planning moving to Sky is this before or after you have moved into your new property ?

@Chip_1234 You would need to ask Sky what the situation will be as they will only have your new address on record.
