Changing my Wi-Fi password

Hi, does anyone know how to change the Wi-Fi password. I'm having trouble changing my password, I've followed the link but it won't let me change my password

Is this the password you enter into your wireless devices to connect to your Wifi network, if so help can be found here:

As soon as you change it any wireless device will stop working until you connect them back to your network by using the new password.

Hi, thank you for this information but I've tried this and it doesn't seem work, all it does is give me a summary of my devices connected to the Wi-Fi

Have you done this:

• Select Wireless Settings, Setup or Wireless depending on your router type
• Scroll down to Security Settings or Security Encryption and changed it where it says 

Click Apply.

No haven't tried that yet has it won't go on the page in the video.

 I'm trying to do it on my ipad will it work or does it have to be on a computer?

While you can do it on your iPad when you do it you iPad will no longer be connected to the internet so it is best to do it from a PC that is connected to your Sky hub via a cable so you can continue to access the internet after the password is changed.
