Then you'll not beat the rt ax58u and a few rt ax56u's if needed..
Also do you have sky q as they operate differently to 3rd routers
Sky Stream , Sky Superfast, SR203 router, Tp link td w9970 + Asus RT AX58U (backup), Xbox Series X, google home mini, LG 55 inch uhd tv, with Dolbyvision, samsung a5 2017 and samsung s21

Re: Changing from Sky Router to Third Party One
No, I don't have Sky Q, just the Fibre broadband. My children use the Firestick (which is WiFi 6 compatible) for Netflix, Amazon etc and of course, they have laptops, phones etc., so several units are looking for WiFi. I think I'll get the AX 58u first and see how it goes. I can add the AX 56u's if needed.
Again many thanks

Re: Changing from Sky Router to Third Party One
City fibre have their own network and equipment and isp's and do not supply sky
Are you thinking about moving to sky?
Could you enter your full postal address below and post the table and notes after removing your address from the image

Re: Changing from Sky Router to Third Party One
Thanks again for the reply.
I have a sky puck and trying to chase down a fault. Wondering if its the HX220 the puck doesnt like.
Do you Sky have a list of routers they work with ? I know its meant to work with any ISP.
Im not wanting to change to Sky Broadband just yet.
Regards

Re: Changing from Sky Router to Third Party One
Pucks should work with any isp and router. But as city fibre use their own equipment and authentication (which i wouldn't have a clue about) you'd best contact city fibre to see if settings are right on your tp link

Re: Changing from Sky Router to Third Party One
Thanks again. My settings appear to be correct as all my other devices are working fine.
In all your other posts you seem to be recomending Asus routers. Are these supplied by Sky or What routers do Sky provided. Is there a list of what Sky recomends, claims to work okay.
Im wanting to elimenate my Tp-link as it seems the Puck doesnt like it.
Regards

Re: Changing from Sky Router to Third Party One
On fttp sky supplies the broadband hub and the sky max hub however these won't work with city fibre. The asus rt ax hubs should work with all isps and can be purchased online at currys, dixons and pc world
The btwholesale link above will tell you what speeds are available at your address via openreach should you consider moving to sky
Other than that i would not know why the hx220 is playing up
