Good morning everyone.
One of my friends give me a brand new Sky Wifi Max because he didn't use it and now moved to another provider.
I have install it, connected to my booster and all devices and isn't as good as the old one.
Slow on speed, disconnecting, sometimes connections without internet.
I was trying to get in touch with some on online chat but is useless.
I'm going something wrong? Please help. Before I switch to old one or different provider.
I'm on the fastest contract for my area which is Superfast 80
Thank you soo much
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Alex

Unfortunately that was an error on their part: Max Hubs are loaned to the original user and cannot be given away as they remain Sky property.
Although issues with WiFi from the Max Hub are frequently posted about in this forum, you really can't legitimately complain about the performance of a device which should not be in your possession.
