We're keeping an eye on your (broadband) speed.

The performance of my broadband has been eratic.  I used the Sky health check which advised there could be a problem with my broadband and that it would be monitored. We're keeping an eye on your speed and this would last 30 days.  At least three lots of 30 days have now passed with no contact from Sky. The customer service department has not been contactable by telephone and the online Help is not helpful.  Please advise how to rectify this.

When you call you need to remain on the line and stay silent when asked any questions by the bot.
