Changing email

I have changed from virgin to sky. My virgin email is not working now, how do I gain access to my emails now

@Baz1955  If you moved all services from Virgin Media as I understand it you would also lose your email account, unless any fellow posters know different?

 

PS your post has been moved from the email board as your issue is unrelated to Sky/Yahoo email.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If you do need to setup a new one then you should note you do not get an email address with Sky so it might be worth setting one up at either Gmail (Google) or Outlook.com (Microsoft) and use that then should you move between suppliers again in the future this issue will not occur again.

Some internet providers will keep your email address open when you leave but virgin does not
