Changing activation date
We move in to our new home on Friday 21st but our broadband won't be activated till Wednesday 26th.
if the hub arrives sooner can the activation date be brought forward?
my wife works for herself and needs internet for her job.
Thanks,
Nick

Re: Changing activation date
Hi @NickEdge you have posted in the mobile section. Someone will probably move it to the broadband area of the community. I don't believe the date can be changed but someone with more knowledge may be able to advise.

@NickEdge I'm afraid @63johnw is correct it can't be changed and you have been given the first available date for your area
the broadband service being discussed on here is for domestic use only and whilst people are free to use to work from home there is no provision for a quicker service or response time
