Changing 5ghz to 2.4ghz

I am trying to change my hub from 5ghz to 2.4ghz. I have tried all suggestions on here and the Sky site and nothing works. Is it me or is Sky a real pain.

What hub do you have. 

Do you want access to 2.4ghz wifi to install devices that only work on the 2.4 wifi band

@cookiemonsteruk I am not sure which box but it has the 3 lights on the front, black, rectangle shape. I have spoke to sky who gave me a link but when I try to sign in, it then does not let me in. I use my Sky VIP password as per my account. It's for my cctv unit which only works on 2.5ghz. If that is any help

Seperate the wifi as below so you don't lose 5ghz wifi and use that for faster devices smart tv, streaming sticks and games consoles and use 2.4ghz for the likes of video doorbells and devices that only connect to the 2.4 frequency
