Change the contract duration

Hello, I ordered your company's broadband service. I see the contract is 24 months. Can I change to a 12-month broadband contract because I'm leaving the UK after only 12 months of my course and hope you can help me

That's very unlikely to be possible: prices are calibrated to make a profit over the minimum term rather than a shorter period, particularly for broadband which has significant up-front costs to the ISP.

Note that cancellation half way through a two year term will have an unpleasantly high penalty fee.
