Router won't turn on after being turned off

@Carnelok Have you tried the router in another socket to take this out as a possible fault? You will need to call Sky and report this so they can send you out a new router if this one is faulty. Just dial 150 on your landline if it does not work through the router and listen to the voice prompts and ignore if it tries to send you back here to speak to an advisor.

Thank you for your help . I've tried moving the plug but it's still not going on . I only turned it off for 5 minutes but it's been dead since

@Carnelok Best to give Sky a call first thing in the morning and report the dead router to them and they should send out a replacement.
