I moved out yesterday and cancelled my broadband. I need to return the modem, this is all fine. However they are now saying that they will send me the shipping label. Thing is, they don't have the new address so will send it to the wrong place. Can't find a feature on here to tell them where to send the label. Chatbot is possibly the most useless thing in all creation
