Hi I'd like to change the date my broadband is being activated as I won't be home the day arranged. Any chance I can change it to 02/08/23 any time is fine thanks

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Kelseyb47 You're not addressinf Sky customer services via the forum, nor can you change your appt date through a public forum. There should be an option to reschedule through the order tracking page within the mysky app or your online account, if not you'll need to call.
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Kelseyb47 unless you have been told to be in the activation is remote but beware of rescheduling as Openreach who do the work have a fixed 10 working day lead time so the next date you would be offered will be around 10/8.

NO YOU CANNOT CHANGE YOUR ACTIVATION DATE - which is a pain. Basically from the date of ordering the broadband your activation date is 2 weeks from then. I've just had to cancel my order and re-order it again...
