Sonos

Have a new sky hub six. My sonos 1 goes through the network setup to the point where it trys to join the network and then it fails with an incorrect password message. I have reset it a number of times but it just won't have it. Any solutions out there? Cheers Mike

With a white Max Hub you may need to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3 to WPA2-PSK using the Hub settings in the My Sky app.

You can use the same settings to temporarily disable the 5Ghz WiFi band: remember to re-enable it afterwards if you do this.
