Change activation date/router delivery

Hey, I just ordered broadband for my house (moving in Jan 10th) but the activation is 23rd Dec. The router will be delivered there as well but we aren't moving in until the date in Jan stated previously. Can Sky change it and potentially deliver the router to our current address as someone needs to be there! Thanks

@BenjaminC94  You may be able to change installation date in your order tracking page in you Sky account or the MySky app.

 

Hubs are normally delivered to the installation address.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I have an installation time booked for early September PM - but we wont at the new property prior to that date.

I would like the router delivered to my existing address.

I have checked the Orders section but cannot change the delivery address of the router.

 

Is there a way of adjusting this?
