Change accout to someone else

Hi, I live in a property with a housemate, however I am moving out and they are staying. The broadband is in my name but I need to transfer to theirs before I leave. How can I do this please?

If you are moving and bringing sky with you then you need to call sky and use the moving home with sky and give them 12 days notice and new address. Your flatmate would then need to apply for broadband in their name.

If cancelling you need to give sky 31 days notice

Either way the flatmate needs to setup broadband in their own name

As mentioned you'd need to either cancel or take it with you to your new place as Sky does not allow transfer of an account or a name change.
