Activation day two days ago but still no Internet?

We recently moved into a new property, called Sky on the 1st of Feb and they said it would take about a week for the Internet to start working and activation day would be the 8th Feb, two days past that and still no Internet? Received the activation text and email, tried contacting Sky but was told there doesn't seem to be an issue?, but no change in terms of the router,

 

Power: Green

Internet: Off 

WiFi: Green

Voice: Orange

 

Did it eventually start up for anyone else if there was a delay? Or is it worth contacting sky again? Abit frustrated we're gonna be billed for nearly 2 weeks of Internet when we haven't been able to use it

 

Has anyone else had a similar issue?

On a side note what date did the router when delivered have on it for activation?
