Change WiFi password

Hiya. I'm trying to change my sky WiFi password but no luck it's nothing like the video sky provide and the 192 link won't load I need a idiots guide to help me please

One tip if possible use a device connected by ethernet and avoid using ios devices like iPhones if you can as there is a bug meaning Safari doesnt work but Chrome normally does.
