Upgraded my broadband on the 19/4/24 to sky fibre ,still waiting on open reach to come and install the outside box ,was supposed to be yesterday now it was today 3/4/24 still not arrived ,have had no broadband since the 19th and can't get a honest answer of any one I call from sky ,just get passed about
